Portfolio News: Owlis Technology Group launches with three strategic acquisitions
Owlis Group announces its launch, with its acquisitions of three established managed service providers; Cube 6, ADNS Group, and CenCom – as part of an ambitious buy-and-build strategy to create a nationally integrated IT services platform.
Owlis Group is focused on combining best-in-class technical expertise, operational excellence, and shared capability to deliver core IT services, digital transformation solutions, and cloud services to businesses across the UK.
The Group is currently led by CFO Richard Vogt, who is overseeing the platform’s strategic development and integration. Prior to joining Owlis, Richard spent 12 years supporting the growth of technology businesses, developing a strong track record in navigating complex transactions and building scalable financial frameworks to support expansion.

“We retain the autonomy to lead the business, while having the support needed to drive growth and help build a leading IT MSP group,” added Lynne Garrett.
Looking ahead, Cube 6 is positioned to accelerate its growth as a key regional hub within the Owlis platform.
